i dont know anymore man, would the amount of boost be identical every time. car never acts funny when i rev it, it feels like my exhaust is sealed half closed or something. boosts so slow but car is very consistant, i don't know if it would act this way if that was the case.

well start putting psi in and if you cant get it up to that much psi you know you have a big leak licp is usaually a big one i would check that out.

Just try this: Disconnect the MBC. Plug the hose ends that are uncapped when you disconnect said MBC. Run a short segment of 4mm vacuum hose directly from the compressor housing discharge nipple to the port on the WGA canister.

Now, try increasing wastegate pressure by rotating the turnbuckle on the threaded end of the actuator rod. Rotate it inward toward the WGA's canister, which shortens the rod and thereby increases actuator spring pressure.

you boost leak tested it and it held 25 psi with no problem?

1.) Not trying to hate, but BC cams suck for IX's.
2.) Make sure they're degreed at zero.

Cam timing is off and/or your cam sensor is 180* out.

Down below too? Highly doubt you checked all the timing marks. Trust me, half a tooth makes a HUGE difference. Only way to verify is to take the front cover off and line up all the marks.
