What are the differences between the EXEDY Twins?

In viewing the Exedy catalog, it seems there is an SD, an HD, an SR, an HR, an SDL, an SBL and an HBL... Primarily, what are the differences between the SD and HD?

Sorry to bring this back but I was wondering is there a marking or a way to tell by looking at the pressure plate if its an HD or SD?

As I just found out the purple plate that looks like a pressure plate is called a "Cover", and if its an HD cover itll have CM06H on it, just google! I have 2 sitting in my garage and instead of going and looking I just googled it(images).
