I'd suggest trying another seal and applying RTV to the perimeter of the seal before inserting it. Also, use a driver for the seal. A large pipe nipple ground flat on one end and with a cap screwed on the other makes a good driver. The pipe should be large enough in diameter to rest on the metal part of the seal. Take the seal with you when you visit the hardware store.

thanks buddy yes th pipe is a good idea! i used the cup off my axel and yes i had atv blue gasket sealer in my hand for the pass few days trying to figure out if i wanted to use it or not haha! ( in my head im like the factory seal should work with out any modding) but i messed up my seal so i will trow in a new one then bead the atv around the outer part for a good seal!

The axle seals are easy to damage when inserting the axle. Take special care not to allow the splines to touch the seal.
Yeah blurry picture. The seal on the TC is to keep debree out with the assistance of the cup on the axle, and to keep the oil in the TC. This is typical on almost any diff. case that doesn't have bolted axle cups.
My seal was leaking, I replaced it and no problems anymore. Be sure that when you replace the seal and install the axle, that the axle goes completely in the TC. The axle has a outer race that seals against the inner part of the seal, if these two do not sit properly it will still leak.
