I have the same issue as well, but the culprit was a bad coil (misfire on #4). Just my 2 cents there...

Ya def feels like a misfire, question is what little supporting piece of the car is it haha. The coil sounds like a good bet and that is probably what I will shooting to replace this week and see. Man I thought when I got rid of my audi I wouldnt have to hear about coils anymore haha.
