I think most are waiting for either dyno sheets/#'s and/or someone else to try them out first?

I can attest to Boomba as a quality company who makes quality TB's (among other billet pieces).. coming from an srt4 as they became a pretty reputable company within that segment. I ran their 75mm Billet TB on my srt4 as well as a couple of my friends and nothing but good things to say...no leaks, great throttle feel/response etc.

I would buy one right now but...I have a brand new Skunk2 (newer version) 68mm TB waiting for me to install it and I have a ported stock IM (68mm ported inlet) which would force me to use the stock "tapered" IM adapter and then port that piece out to remove that restriction.

can the evo tps, be in corporated on to a 1G dsm ?

also, in regards to clearance issues, what is the overall thickness of the adapter plate and the TB.

I'm waiting for Boomba to now offer at least another adapter that goes from 75mm to 65mm to match up to stock ported IM's. I know there are numerous combinations, but I think that at least one more "option" should be included for future upgrades

Just checked it out and it looks amazing!! I will be going back on monday to buy one!

Those of you asking for dyno results, I am curious as to what you think you will see. Not to knock the product, but there are way too many variables to notice a distinct increase in HP because of this TB ALONE. This TB in conjuction with 3in IC piping and a massize SMIM with lots of boost will net the best results. The concept of using a 75mm/Mustang TB is nothing new DSMs and many Rac EVOs. If you want to know what kind of gains are to be expected simply look up results of mustang TB on cars, or 3in intercooler piping.

The most important part of this product is that it does not leak and it retains the oem tps and isc. I am switching to this from BBK 75mm TB on my DSM. The BBK leaked terribley, had no provision for an isc, and I had to use a ford TPS which never worked quite right. All of this paired with a feather light pedal pressure making it impossible to drive. As a bonus, with this TB, you get adapter plates so whenever you change your setup you dont need to have flanges welded or buy a totally new TB.

The thought of improving upon all of these things was too good to be true and i couldnt wait to get my hands on one of these.

So once this thing helps my car idle smoother and elminates an unavoidable boost leak, it will be golden in my book.

And an intake/exhaust system is similar. It can only flow up to the smallest diameter of the system. Meaning dyno results will vary.
