$20 SS Clutch Line
$20 SS Clutch Line
Having been in the DSM world for a few years, I noticed that the stainless clutch line from Road Race for the 2G DSM looked an awful lot like those other lines going for $50 and up for the EVO. So, I ordered one and installed it. It is longer than the stock line and the bracket where the two lines meet needed a slight bend (about a millimeter) to pop into place. The banjo bolt is also slightly longer, but the test fit showed that it wouldn't bottom out. Other than that, it's flawless.

I highly recommend anything RRE puts its name on
I've been a satisfied customer for a while now. I've used this part on my DSM for 4 years and it's still going strong. I finished up late tonight and haven't driven it yet, but the line is bled and all is ready to go.
Modifying the bracket was just a matter of a pair of pliers squeezing the metal tabs out towards the edges. It took all of 30 seconds.
