Hta3582 or hta3586? Is there a big difference

Hta3582 or hta3586? Is there a big difference

i now have a 3076 with e70 double pumper and am at 470whp on my 9. And i want to upgrade to a hta3586 on 1200cc for e85 i want more power. And am going to stroke it this winter so am getting ready can i get some info what is the big difference and what will my increase be and at what psi.

the HTA3582 will spool up quicker, but the hta3586 will have more top end as it has a bigger wheel.
