Question Torn between two TBE's. Help decide

Well I finally decided not to stay stock anymore and I'm ready for the basic bolt ons and a tune. Now I'm just stuck on deciding which TBE to get. I'm torn between the greddy comp Ti-c TBE and the HKS hiper ss w/ DC sport downpipe. Keep in mind that I live in socal and this is my daily driver looking to make 300whp. These are the only two TBE set ups I liked because of the exhaust note. Which one makes the least amount of noise?

Other mods I plan on doing at the same time:

Open source tune
PPI intake
ETS licp & uicp
Walbro 255 fp

Thanks in advance for the input

Greddy comp Ti-C tbe has what 80mm piping as compared to 75mm in Hks....so I would go with the better exaust-flow and deep tone Greddy ! For some weird reasons, Name-brands like Hks & Greddy & Blitz arent that popular in Evo market ( just my opinion )

because they are out performed

considering you live in cali I'd get away from the cannon ball style mufflers

look at buschur/cobb/perrin

I would like to see the HP gains from the Greddy Competition TI-C since they claim its a 80mm system all the way.

I'd get a Works Stealth Exhaust. And the Buschur "quiet" exhaust is pretty good and defiantly keeps the noise down.

The greddy is one of the loudest out there... The hks is quiet, but not a full 3"

As suggested look into the COBB... Its one of the nicest sounding and looking exhausts i've seen.

Cheers!

Its an evo with exhaust. Granted some may be more quite than others, it will still be loud. Just get the one you want.

ok cool just what I wanted to hear Looks like I'll be going with HKS. I don't mind that it's not full 3'' because I'm staying on the stock turbo and don't intend on making more than 300-320 whp.

COBB!!! I have the full TBE and it's a full 3" and the way back. I'm SoCal and it's not an attention grabber and wont drone at Highway speed. Good looking well crafted exhaust without that gaudy tip at the end of the muffler. You won't be disappointed... my two cents

oh one more thing, it sounds like a beast when you get on it!!!

Isn't the Tanabe Touring pretty much a 3" and also decently quiet?
