I hooked up my starter wrong meaning the wires.. There are two 12mm bolts. The one i must of over torqued a bit and all it does is spin. There is no room for me to get behind the nut and pry on it i already tried. Is there any tricks you know to get off this spinning bolt.

try a nut splitter?

 

ill have to go buy one tomorrow, i was hoping someone had an idea on how to back it off without having to buy special tools. thank you though

 

if the splitter doesnt work use a dremel and cutoff blade cut a notch on the end put a flathead in the notch and loosen your bolt
