Has anyone made 400whp on an Evo9 turbo on pump?

Sup yall, just curious to see if anyone has made 400whp on a stock block with an Evo9 turbo? It seems like every week there are new numbers and records falling in the evo community. The most I have seen was Soon2Bevo-378/386-2.0-25PSI-Pruven's Dynojet. I know it had been done on race gas, E85, and Meth but I just want to see if a FULL bolt-on evo can do it on pump (93). By full bolt on I mean:

tbe
larger fmic w/ piping
ported ex and intake manifolds
65mm throttle body
larger o2 housing (EPM, QTP, Megan, Ebay, etc)
cams
AEM EMS or equivalent
Evo 8 or 9
Stock block
93 oct
Stock head w/ the exception to springs and retainers
Any type of dyno

Its tough.. We have done 390 or so but havent seen 400 on pump yet.. If we had a dyno dynamics or mustang dyno making 400 wouldnt be an issue..

Damn 390 is pretty good. Do you recall the mods on that particular car? You all have a dynojet, right?

It was this car before the RED and AEM.. I cant recall if all the mods on this list were on when we did the 390 on pump but no red or aem for sure..

Thnx again Mike. If he made 390 w/o the AEM EMS then it MAY be safe to say its possible/has been achieved. Im sure that he couldve squeezed out at least 10 more ponys

I dont recall the PSI to be honest.. I just know we were about 10hp short of 400 and given the outside temps here in FL it just wasnt going to make 400 since we had most bolt ons already installed..

At one point my car was making 376whp on pump dynojet at 24psi......stock exhaust manifold, stock 02 housing, stock ecu tuned by CWiLL.....that was a couple months ago and before my car had an accident and it was never the same again, I always wondered what if I had an 02 dump and a ported mani that day

oh stock head and block too except for GSC S2's

We had a customer make 383/354 (dynojet) with a 28psi spike tapering to 22 out the top. At peak power it was 24.5psi as I recall.

Mods-
IX
IX turbo (obviously)
ETS 4" FMIC and magnus specific ETS piping
Magnus Cast intake manifold
Stock MAF
Stock ECU
GSC S2
FP Beehives
92 octane
all the other usual suspects

I am making 350 WHP on 92.

I have a few things that I need to make and it will get me to 390 whp +

I am going to upgrade my cams from HKS 272 to Kelford and that should alone get me at least 15 - 20 WHP. Alos upgrade my FMIC with LICP and UPICP. Port my intake and exhaust manyfold and that shouold put me around 400 WHP. This is on 92.

I think that Aby@Milspec did over 400 WHP on 91 with an VIII, with M2's and a Green and AEM EMS. Or maybe that is not cogent.
