what do you think??

I need your opinions about this rebuild kit. http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/A...mance.com.html. Is it a good deal and are the parts included strong enough for 500whp?

I would say good deal.. and with ease you can achieve 500 hp with the right setup..

can it handle the power? cause making the power is the easy part, just supportin it is hard

The price for that kit is good, Ive used one before. Upgrade to the I beams if you plan on making 500+whp.

Im a little confused...I thought H-beam rods were stronger than I-beam

Calling AMS would be your best bet. The kit seams like a great deal, if its cheap to upgrade the rods i would do it just for the comfort. The supplied rods should be fine for 500whp though.

There is always a debate on the subject, never a real definite answer. Some brands make their I beams better, some make H beams better.
