Yup, and its actually only the compressor cover that's bigger on the 9, the wheels on all of them are the same! Anyways, back on topic!

remember, the number on the cam does not always denote how aggressive the cams are...wiggam11, did you read what I wrote? The HKS 280's and the kelford 272's are simply not in the same league. The HKS 280's *are* a 280° cam so they lop lop lop really good at idle, but the lift is only 10.8mm/10.2mm (intake/exhaust) with very mild ramp rates, making them very mild and nice for the stock springs. The kelford 272's on the other hand have 11.0mm/11.0mm of lift with much more aggressive ramp rates. This makes them a little more iffy on the stock valvesprings at high revs. The S2's are in the same league as the K272. lift is like 11.2/10.8 or something, they are a pretty beefy stick and I've heard nothing but good things about them. Never personally played with them though.

No matter what you do, just remember its all about the package. Getting the right combo together is the key to making good power; anything you cut a corner on will surely bite you in the a$$ when it comes down to it, then you get to live with it.

I find the idle on the HKS 280s pretty mild, pretty similar to HKS 272s on my DSM.
