Arrow Slave Cylinder(spring inside) Problem HELP

Ok so I took off my slave cylinder today and the line running to the bottom of it. I had no idea there was a spring with a little piece of black plastic in there too. Needless to say when I went to take off this line the bolt fell off and out came the spring into the bucket I had laying underneath of it. Im not sure if I put it back in right because even after I bled the line it still feels really soft and now my car is extremely hard to get into gear and grinds 3rd and 4th gear unless I rev match perftectly. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated!!

I would just take it back out. That's the restrictor that a lot of people take out.

Take it out. Its there to prevent hard launching from inexperienced drivers. Plus it gives faster dis and engagement. Hell I have bored out a bunch of slave cyl. to get even more flow in there. I like a fast clutch.

How much do you bore them? Sounds like a good idea.

So this spring with a small piece of round, black plastic on on end is a restrictor?

Ok I have another question. My tob came out of my pressure plate a few days ago. I pushed the clutch fork and made it go back in with my hands. I drove it around for a few days and today it came out again. What could be causing it to come out like this. It happens when I go to No-Lift shift. Luckly I made it home just rev matching but it gets annoying and I want to fix it.
