You might get more responses if you posted it in another section...

IDK.. Maybe the engine and turbo section in Lancer Evo 1-9 with more viewers/potential help while still having your question remain relevant. Just a suggestion wise-guy. Good look with your leak. Hope your motor blows up and the piece of metal from the head blows through the dash and into your skull.

New bolt and fresh threads in the head?
New copper washers too?
Is the bolt going in straight? (you didn't cross thread it when you chased it?)
Could be the surfaces on the banjo ends on the tube, or a small crack in it. You have to look it over real thorough.
Try to find aluminium washers, they are softer and comforms better.

New washer new bolt fresh threads all check. the bolt went in straight, i will probably look for another banjo bolt. but now is there a risk of ****ing up the head more?

dude calm down, this isnt really a topic for dumb answers, like use glue, or some high temp epoxy, this is actually a problem that could as u well put, blow my motor, so i would like some1 who knows a lot about alum heads and repair tactics of a pretty delicate situation, now to your whole piece of metal in my skull thing karma is a ***** and getting upset over the internet is utterly useless.

try using teflon tape yet?

Edit: Just be careful using that, if you do use it make sure it remains on the threading and doesn't slide down and clog the hole.
