idle/stalling issues

hey guys,
need some input. my car will not stay idle. the idle gets very rough and stalls out. i am running pig rich at idle at times (10.5afr) and other times its at a nice (14.5-15.0). i keep throwing a code, system too rich at bank1. could my maf sensor have died? i also checked all my intercooler pipes and vaccums likes and there all secured. im gonna boost leak the car tomorrow too.
the car feels like how it would run if an intercooler pipe blew off or my maf was'nt plugged in.

ps. i have a evo9 dv, so the car is not VTA. i do have cams and larger injectors, but the car was tuned on may15.

let me know what u think

thanks
Dan

i narrowed it down by the check engine linght. i threw a system too rich at bank 1. bank 1 is the front o2 sensor. figured id pull it out and check it.

Turn the idle up with the BISS screw on top of the throttle body
