what the stock boost(Bar) on evo 8?

what the stock boost(Bar) on evo 8?

i recently just purchase an evo 8. it come with the stock mr boost gauge(which read in bar). when i wot at around 5k-6k rpm it only reach 1.1bar. aint it suppose to be higher? i notice it have a manual boost controller on it but i max it out on the boost controller but it wont go any higher then 1.1 bar. anyone know?

when i was stock it would run 1.3.... but theres def something goin on with ur car if u have an MBC.. maybe its on backwards?

Do not raise the boost if you aren't tuned! Also your car should be somewhere between 1.2-1.3 bar. You might have a boost leak.

If he had a boost leak, it wouldn't even stay at 1.1 bar. It would fall off gradually. If the previous owner left the OEM boost solenoid in, try re-connecting the vacuum lines to it and see if it does any better than 1.1 bar

yeh i see the two nipple on the solonoid on the bottom of the intake manifold cap off, but i donno what to connect to it. i see two hose going to the manual boost controller like this, do i connect those two hose to the solonoid, which one go to which nipple on the solonoid? i appreciate it thx.

here a pix of what i mean, can someone show me?
