I just got a Perrin delete pipe and had the O2 simulator

I though it was working but then after about 20 miles it throws a check engine light

Does anybody have an O2 simulator that actually works?

I have mine on with a complete RMR system , I have ran approx 200 miles with no issues. On your simulator ,did you check for a "flashing" led on the unit with the key in the "on" engine off position? maybe you just have a bad connection.

 

i saw the blinking red light but i ghetto rigged it to work

It happen to me also, I send the O2 simulator back and they send me a new one with 4 wires O2 simulator(the old one has three wires only) and it works fine so far (2k miles)

more than 1k mile and no problem on mine either.

hey raysevo put a downpipe on your set-up also and it rips.

I was not sure if you were asking me a ? or not about the down pipe. But anyways, you're right the down pipe,cat delete and cat back really lets it rip!!!!

 

shop car has the perin cat delete and 02 sim. and no CEL to date ..

the new borla is the shop car and you should listen to the exhaust note .. 3 inch baby sound clip on our forum...

 

is there any way to put an o2 sim on the b&b cat delete?

 

i think the o2 sim's only came out with perrin im not sure about the other brands but ultimateracing sells a cat-delete that doesnt throw a cel and deosnt come with a simulator.
