Wont go past 15 pounds of boost?!

I put the car in third and let it go to around 4k then i gun it. and it spikes around 15 and hold like 14 or 13. it does the same in any gear and from a dig. u guys think it might be a boost leak? o and i got a ****ed up sensor. so its giving me the check engine light. its the senson that come attached to the mass airflow wire. i dont know if that has anything to do with it? i made the car run open boost to see if it would go higher and it didnt?
my mods are: SBR MBC, 3" megan turbo back, agp intercooler, turbo xs intercooler pipes.
anyone know what the problem is?

You are hitting wastegate pressure. Are you still on the stock boost solenoid or do you have a manual boost controller?

If you are running an MBC, then you shouldn´t need the solenoid ports hooked up to the boost/vacuum hoses. As long as it´s plugged in to the electrical harness you should be O.K.

WG pressure, your MBC is not functioning properly. Check all the hoses and make sure that they are installed correctly.

did this happen just after you installed the mbc or randomly it started to only boost 15psi.

+1^ and make sure you check the WG inlet to make sure its not bent. I had the same thing happen to me and thought I routed MBC incorrectly, but I actually bent the WG actuator inlet. And ummm once MBC is in, then boost solenoid doesn't even matter..
