my car does the same **** out of the cam area. sounds like something is ****ed up with my cam gears but there isnt... the motor has 1000 miles on it and has been making the noise around idle the whole time. nothing bad has happened yet so im guessing its nothing to worry about.

 

i was told by a shop some of the clicking noise could be lifter tick as well... so that could be it.. but post a video so we can hear

 

im almost sure its clutch chatter, completely normal. as far as clicking in the cam area goes....someone didnt bleed the lifters properly upon installation of the cams.

my RC1000ccs do that loudly
sounds like valvetap but its not... touch them and see if the tapping is the same when you can feel it through them
