The top nipple should be to your VC or boost source for your stock BOV, and the bottom nipple can be tee'd into your WG for faster response, or left to atmosphere for greater holding.

not to be an *** but for all the ppl that keep tellin me to the the second nipple alone ur answer is usless to me as the for the ppl who did give me some info i was looking for thank u because u actually understand that i want it for the faster reponse... so just T it in with my wg and manual boost controller line?

not tryin to go to far off topic here but why would u ever run only 16-18psi in a evo?

due to the fact i have no reason to run more than that unless im racing the more boost i run the more tempted i am to race haha plus still on the stock piping which itself is not in the greatest condition and i blow the piping off even with t bolts im at almost 90k miles
