Also, let me get this straight,
Diaqueen Super Multi 75-85 for the transmission (6 Speed) ?
Diaqueen LSD Hypoid for the Tcase (LSD Gear OIL SAE 90) ?
ATF SPIII for the ACD ?

I don't want to make this mistake again and will make sure all the proper fluids are in this time.
Yes that is correct oem mitsu fluid.

Transfer case is on its way back!

Got the stage 2 rebuild done, I already have the lsd, so they didn't install it, and just replaced the ring, pinion, bearings and did the bolt upgrade as well as re-seal.

It was at Shep for 1 week, 1 week to ship and in 1 week it will be here! I'm so far very happy with the service and quick response to all emails etc.

More pictures to come when it gets here, I cannot wait to drive it again.

In regards to the LSD and REAR diff..

If you are having a hard time finding the Mitsu LSD fluid locally (in a gallon can) - you can also use AMSOIL SVG (Severe Gear Lube - 75w90). Lots of people are also using those fluids here and don't have any problems.

I've ordered the 4 L jug of both gear oils that I require from my local dealership. A good friend just became a parts associate so I shouldn't have any more flack from the dealerships when I need something done.

I'm going with 100% diaqueen, it's what Shep recommended for me. I'm not tracking the car or running any kind above OEM horsepower. If I was doing that they recommend redline heavyduty shockproof, your right.

Good Ol' UPS seems to have damaged the one corner of the transfer case though.. still got a bolt on it, and cranked it down, shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks Shep, 60 miles into the breakdown, everything feels right!

couple Tips;

You DO need to drop the subframe to get the transfer case back in the car, I didn't need to drop it all the way to get it out of the car. I did not remove the power steering lines, I left them attached, and supported the sub to keep them loose. I left the sub connected to the spindles, seemed easier that way and it was much easier for re-installation. DON'T FORGET THE O-RING, I used a dab of permatex sealant to hold the o-ring in it's place, and a swipe of sealant on the aluminum sealing surface.

Fill transfer case with about 1 qt before installing, fill it through the rear driveshaft input, while installing some will spill out, this is expected. Once done, open the fill plug and let it drip out the excess if any, be sure to be level. Lube all splines with the gear oil they need before trying to shove anything together, lubed > dry (just like sex)

Also, when re-installing the sub have someone inside the car re-attach the steer shaft while you lift the subframe, doing it afterward is incredibly difficult (had to drop the steer column out) what a PITA, took longer than the re-install of the tcase.

I thought they were too low, so I grabbed them and they seem tight, you think they are leaking or? Should the hoses be right up against the ridge?
