Unhappy Not getting full boost

hey everyone,
I hope this is a right place to post this, anyways Ive been having issues lately as far as getting full boost, the problem is that when Im on 3rd gear and right on 3000rpm when I punch it I get 17-18 by around less than 4000rpm and around 6500 RPM I get full boost which is 21 PSI. I have no idea whats going on and I took my car to a shop twice the first time they said its my Throttle body so I got me a milspec 65mm ported. again same problem (( NOT GETTING FULL BOOST )). I went to a shop they said it was BOV leaking so changed the BOV and again (( NOT GETTING FULL BOOST )). Im facing the same exact thing again, I used to have SAFC on the car and I removed it and now I have the MBC Hallman manual boost controller. does anyone know whats going on or atleast any good possibilities, im sick and tired spending money at shops and not knowing whats going on . Is there a possibility and my MBC is acting up or anything like that ? I'm desperate for good opinions or advice, thanks for reading,

Boost leak test. Could be several places, a loose coupler, TB leaking, anywhere.

Test and report back.

And removing the S-AFC has nothing to do with what boost controller you have on you're car. I definitely suggest doing some reading on what does what before messing with you're, lack of knowledge can be detrimental.

Use something like this

Most stuff can be found at home depot, measure your turbo inlet, and get a rubber piece to match, then a little plastic cap/screw pvc deal like in the pic, a med valve stem from napa or shucks, and drill a hole in the center of the plastic and pull the valve stem through.

Pressurize to around 22 psi on you're boost gauge (helps with a buddy) and watch for leaks, if you have an air compressor it makes it easy, but a bike pump works too.

If it leaks do it again and listen, you will hear it, report back, or just replace/fix what leaks.

Also, mods would be helpful...

Hell, even what you're driving....would kind of help...

Also, like I said, learn about you're car before you go messing with stuff like boost controllers and S-AFC's.

have you been tuned? you should be making full boost around 3500 range and then tapering down but it seems to be doing the opposite
