Clutch Problem

hi... i don´t know if is the clutch... i have Street ACT with Gruppe-S FWY and Gruppe-S Steel Clutch Line....

when i press the pedal to the floor... like 2 inches before touch the floor i can feel and hear some grind...

i check on the engine bay with the car off... and the sound come from the slave cilynder... i think from the clutch housing... i can hear a grind when i press the pedal complete... like "chrrrrrrrrrrr"

what do you think?? Clutch problem, Pedal Adjust, Slave Cylinder, bad bleed clutch line???

Definately not the slave cylinder, nothing in it that would grind. I wish i could hear this grind . Is it loud? Does it continue to grind while your foot is to the floor? It could be something with the TOB alignment but I have never had that problem. Does it make the sound when the car is off?

If it is the alignment on the TOB, It has to be removed (last resort). Have you driven it since the clutch was replaced? Did this noise appear right after the car was put back together?

I am almost 100% positive a clutch pedal adjustment will fix this. Bring the pedal out.

I agree, adjust the pedal. It sounds like you are pusing the clutch further in than it needs to be.
