well my evo has been dripping coolant as of late and its getting worse, I need to know the OEM part number/where to purchase the turbo coolant feed line and new oem clamps while I'm at it. It is the upper hose under the Top radiator hose.

THANKS

It's six inches of coolant hose and two SS worm drive clamps. Available at NAPA for $5.

Like posted earlier, you can simply buy a short length of rubber hose from an auto parts store. If you're hell bent on the oem part, PM RussellM. He's the mitsubishiparts.net vendor here on EvoM.

The coolant that flows through the turbo is the same coolant that runs through the engine. There is no separate reserve bottle or coolant specifically for the turbo.

Go to the dealership and ask for turbo coolant hoses. If one is leaking it is time to replace both. The guy behind the counter is there to worry about part numbers. The clamps on the original hoses are fine to reuse.

im not saying they are not fine to re-use, Im looking to replace my worked ones. Napa is right down the street, thats not an issue, the oem hoses are bent a certain way and why cheap out on a cheap part as it is. All I asked for was a part number, thanks. I will pm the guy listed above.

It's OK to be **** about critical parts. Coolant hose is not usually considered to be in that category. OEM hoses are no better quality than aftermarket, nor do they work better for the purpose intended. Often aftermarket hoses are better constructed than OEM. Gates coolant hose is as good as anything you'll get from the dealer. But to each his own... if ordering coolant hoses from a dealer makes you feel more comfortable, give it a whirl. Just don't expect that you'll have many people with that part number at their fingertips...

I started working on cars when I was ten. I now am 63 years old. During during this considerable period I never went into a dealership or anywhere else with a part number in hand and I have managed to survive. If need be I have the clerk bring up the exploded drawing and I say, "I need one of those and one of those." What's with the part number?
