Care to share your safc 2 map for 100 octane with us?
(or me?)
what kind of a/f's and exhaust temps were you seeing with that boost and fuel settings?

I would love to get ahold of some racing gas for a bit... then again I have no boost or a/f or timing management yet.
here in wash most hi octane gas is 92, but recently a toyota guy told me where to find Cenex 94. after a few tanks i noticed more than a slight difference, there's a definite 10+ hp to be had. plus the 94 at cenex is cheaper than the 92 at chevron. they're only in 20 states but its the death, i highly recommend it.

I guess the old saying holds true:

Subaru uses turbos???
Is this true?
I did not know that.

I can't figure that one out either.

MaxR, I recently found a source for 100 octane so I've bumped up my tank gas bill about $12 for 3gal/fillup.

Shareing maps is not a good idea, every one of these cars seems to be differerent.

On the 93 Octane I was running 20 psi peak falling to 18.5 at redline and it was tuned for 11.5:1 A/F ratio. No EGT.

On the 100 Octane I was running 23 psi peak falling to 20 psi at redline and it was tuned for 12.5:1 A/F ratio.

One thing I noticed recently was that Godspeed did NOT use SAE correction on the torque figures, but did use them on the HP figures. In reality if you bust out the calculator I made 263 lb-ft of torque at 3800 RPM on the tuned pump gas run, and 286 lb-ft of torque at 4000 RPM on the tuned on 100 octane run. Not 247 and 269.9 respectively.
