HELP!!! no start

sup, guys this is my first time posting on the forums, i don't even know if this is right place to post this. but anyway here i go about a year ago i took my 2005 evo 8 to a shop who's name will not be mentioned, for a simple head gasket, head studs, a meth kit and a tune on my aem. a simple job for any shop that has tons of exp working on evo's. well they told me it was going to take anywhere between a week to two weeks to get the job completed, well it took three months. in the end i ended up with a blow motor, witch by there explanation happened on the dyno (B.S). a back and forth Battle went on between me and them to the point where i was going to give the car up to bank. i finally called the bank and they said sure and that i could go and get my parts off the car because they would take care of the rest. this went on for several more months and the car just sat up there. finialy i get a letter from the bank explaining that they didn't want the car because, the shop where the car was wanted $9000 to release it, so they told me that a car with a blow motor wouldn't make much money at the action and i was still liable for the loan. so i called up the shop and asked how much they wanted me to pay to give my car back and they told me bring $4500 cash and come get your car. so thats what i did i get there $4500 in hand and noticed a few parts extra missing off the car other then the ones i had taken off myself. here a list of what i took: exhaust, gauges, turbo kit, wheels, and my system. here a list of what they took: driver seat, front bumper, fuel pump, the little ecu in the fuse box under the hood, injectors, and all its little clips. well i was stuck with this. i went back a few times with promise that they would have all my stuff for me but the last time i went up there they called the cops on me.

so here is my problem a bought a used motor complete for $3100 with 63k on it. it looks great but i still did a small tune up on it and put it on the car. well i get fuel, i get spark, and i get crank but it won't turn over. please i need any subjections. everything is in place except for that little ecu in the fuse box (ordered it but they where out of stock) also I'm not working on a stock ecu i still have the aem. please i need a little advice on the problem i miss driving my car.

thanks a million

Sorry for the issues you had. I swear shops these days need to start taking responsibility for blowing motors, You pay them for their expertise and this is what they give in return. If you are getting fuel and spark, does your batt have enough juice to turn it over? or possibly its your starter. just a couple things to check
