FacePalm Day

So I just got my new bumper painted and installed this morning, first cosmetic thing I have blown my money on..

Get halfway home and the sparkplug in cylinder 3 shoot up, hits the hood, and a god awful noise starts. So I pull over, tighten it back down and drive home.

Get home and replace the plugs. While I was doing that I remembered that I bought a brand new SnapOn Compression tester a while back. So I checked the compression...

Cylinder 1: 155
Cylinder 2: 145
Cylinder 3: 150

All great so far, very happy with the results.. Until...

Cylinder 4: 50..

I never even noticed by driving. Idk whats going on, need to do a leakdown and see if its a ring or piston or if its a valve

Wish I had the money from that damn bumper back

So if its a valve, which is what Im leaning towards. What are some good options? I am short on cash, looking to just replace the valves and springs probably.

If its the ring or piston, whats a good drop in choice?

Im running an FP RED at 25psi, I need it fairly strong

I'd say headgasket before valve. You'll probably end up pulling the head anyways, whether it's HG or valve, whatever... Get in there and check it out.
