Compression test and leak down test nightmare!

So I felt the motor was pretty sluggish and especially after I installed my drivenFab V3 I noticed more than usual smoke venting from it. So I decided to perform a compression and leak down test. These were my results.... Compression test:
Cylinder 1- 110
Cylinder 2- 125
Cylinder 3- 120
Cylinder 4- 75
I was shocked by the results... So then I went ahead with the leak down test... Leak down test:
Cylinder 1- 29%
Cylinder 2- 27%
Cylinder 3- 17%
Cylinder 4- 69%
Heard air hissing through the oil cap and through the dipstick. No air in the coolant lines or coming from throttle body or exhaust.... So what do you think of my findings? Time for motor rebuild?

Is this an Evo 8, 9, or X? Anyway, that sucks man, but I wish it turns out okay with minimum repair needed.

If air is coming out of the dipstick and oil cap then it's your piston/rings. No easy fix here, you'll have to pull the motor apart.
Sorry.

Yup.. that would be the rings letting air into the crankcase. sorry to hear that. not sure how modified you are or your mileage but being 2011 maybe look to see if Mistu powertrain could help.

Wait.. these bolt-ons are supposed to be very conservative for the stock block. How could this damage a ring or anything like that? Have you been running an OTS map or a protuned custom map?

I bought the car from a "back to stock" seller via local tuner... Came with stock tune... When I went to tune the vehicle about a month ago it barely made 320 on dynojet

My wild guess is that the damage was from the previous owner(s?). I don't think you have done anything inappropriate to the car.

I have driven the car less than 1000 miles since I got it about 4-5 months ago... Being that it's been winter and it spent time back at the tuner for some misc things... I owned a 550whp EVO 8 before getting the X I know it's not going to pull the same but damn dads minivan pulls as hard as my X lol

Sounds like the seller blew the engine then sold. Sorry, man. Bummer.
