How to replace Throttle Body Shaft Seals

Well I ordered my trottle body shaft seals from milspec and well it doesnt have detailed instructions on how to replace them. Anyone have instructions on how to replace these seals?

their also included with your order. Made a big difference for me held boost better at top end

True, i just changed mine this sunday and i wasn't able to hold more than 16 psi up to 6500 rpm and now it keep well 21-20 psi.

Which brand is recommended for the throttle body seals? I want to purchase it for my evo 7.

When are these worth replacing? Would these seals possibly cause idle issues?

Reason I'm asking is because this past week, ive had idle go from 800-1000 to 200-350 almost stalling then the car catches and jumps back up to 1000.

Does it ALOT when the AC is on.

Replace only if it leaks at/above your target boost level. I must be lucky because my 11 year old car is still not leaking there.
