Question oil consumption? motor issues

Looking for some help here. Symptoms; going through about a quart every 300-500 miles normal daily driving. This is on a built 2.3L stroker motor with less than 3000 miles.

No visible leaks, no puddles left under the car been over the outside with a fine tooth comb. Recently started to loose coolant as well.

Compression is 210 psi across the board.

Oil is visible on top of pistons 1,2, and 3; can see it through the spark plug holes. Spark plugs are not oil fouled but are soot covered.

The car still has good power, but is tuned rich 11.1 under WOT. Blowing black smoke under WOT.

No smoke at startup but does shoot soot out the exhuast on startup. If you open the oil cap while the car is running you will feel air pulsing out of it like if you put your hand behind the tail pipe.

Any ideas? Valve seals, oil control rings, head gasket ? Anything else?

Whoever built the motor, I'd talk to them first, so as not to drag their name all over creation. If you built the motor, then I'd ask about your break in procedures, did you use dino oil for the break in, how long, ect. Then after that I'd be looking at tolerances within the motor, materials used for the pistons ect... There could be quite a few reasons though.

Sounds like your rings are not performance properly. This can lead to oil consumption issues.

-Confirm your piston to cylinder wall clearance
-Confirm ring end gaps
-Confirm the surface finish of the bores was right for the rings
-Confirm the valve stem seals are installed and working properly

If all these are ok, you may have a ring installed incorrectly.
