does anyone have a prediction of T4 twin scroll 7670 response compared to the FP Red/black?

I'm hoping it's going to be similar!

i'm wondering if the 8374 will be superior to the HTA3582R...
Whats the turbo guru's opinion?

If you consider the dyno chart, spool time appears to be comparable, but ultimate power potential looks greater. We can't tell anything about transient response, but with the low mass turbine, odds are it's even better than the HTA3582.

It appears to spool better than the hta82 and make more power than the hta86.

Where are you getting that pricing?
Is that for all of us?
I'll take a 7670 TS 1.05 at that price for sure!

Sweet, I'll be calling Full Race on Monday.
I already sold my HX35 that I had planned on twin scrolling.

***Edit***
Changed my mind.
I can't stomach the $1900 price tag, plus another $1500 on a manifold and twin gates.
I have a turbo fully capable of achieving my goals, and I get to save $1900 and put it into the drivetrain instead.

Can't wait to see some results though.

I changed my mind yet again.
I sold my HX35, a non-wastegated twin scroll housing, O2 eliminator Downpipe and a T3 DEI Turbo Blanket.

The money from this sale fully funded a new Borg Warner S200SX.
This particular S200SX has 4" Inlet Comp Cover w/Anti-Surge Ports and the MWE groove vs., the cheapo $585 BW S200SX you can find on the internet for sale.
It uses the 1.22 A/R TS T4 Turbine Housing.

I had the hotside inlet gasket matched and the Borg Warner Marman Clamp exhaust flanged modified so the turbine housing would accept a GT Style 3" V-Band flange and clamp.

So, if in the future I want to upgrade to an EFR Series turbo, all I'd have to do is swap out the turbos, install a new feed line with an inline filter and possibly a new oil return line, but that's it.

I'll already have spent the money right the first time and bought the divided T4 exhaust manifold and 3" V-Band O2 Eliminator Downpipe instead of a measly divided T3 manifold and custom V-Band O2 Eliminator Downpipe .

I feel this is a much better investment for my current and future goals.

Ok here's the answer to my question about the bearing arrangement. One angular contact ball bearing at each end of the cartridge. Looks like about 2 inches distance between them.
The screen shot is from a video on youtube. I put the 2 little red lines in with powerpoint to show the approx angle of the contact.

Looks like a really nice arrangement to me. Not exactly a no brainer though. Lots of little engineering problems to work out and test with prototype hardware. For instance, since the bearings are not right back-to-back next to each other, you have to be sure that no conceivable temp difference between the outer and inner race could make the bearing preload wrong. And how do you design it so every assembly you make in production is perfect. These are things I would trust BW with. Whereas if it was from a shop like PTE, I would be a little skeptical.

Here's a link to the video. Don't know, maybe this was linked to before in here somewhere:
