toque specs help needed

i am building up my block can anybody help me with this.
i have the following items.
Manley rods
weisco pistons
acl main and crank bearing

what would be the torques?

Generally aftermarket parts have different torque specs. My rods have different torque specs than factory rods did, I went with Howard rods so double check the information that came with them.
