The front passenger seat weighs in at 32lbs, the rear seats are approx 5-6lbs. Thats not even 40lbs total off the car. Doesn't make much difference in the grand scheme of things but I suppose it helps when your at the point like I am chasing hundreds of a second. My car is still in the 3050-3100lb range without driver. Just saying.

COME ON
I have no reason to lie about my car, I am not a vendor of any sort. There is nothing for me to gain by poofing up my results. Anyone can follow my mod path and attain similar results that I have.

First of all, this thread is getting off topic and I'd like to see it back on but.............

(This is directed at anyone with a stupidly heavy EVO) Weighing your EVO with a full tank, your mom's ***** collection in the back seat, your dad's ammo in the passenger seat and all that other bull**** is stupid. That doesn't reflect what your EVO weighs it reflects being either too lazy or too dumb to take the weight out of it. Racing on a budget should make you take the extra crap out of the car even more, less weight is less breakage.

As for this signature:

Worlds Quickest Stock Block Evo IX
FP Red/Stock Block 10.301@132 1.56 60ft

Project White ran 10.35 with a 1.4X sixty foot time at 138.8 mph with one of the best drivers/shifters I know in the car. For a car to run 10.30 at 132 with a 1.56 sixty foot tells me something and it's not that the car weighs 3400 pounds..........

I think we established neither of our Red projects weighed anywhere near 3400 pounds. I myself weigh 148lbs so that puts my car at just under 3200lbs with driver.

As for the driving ability, I sort of think of myself as a decent driver, but in the words of everyone I have given a ride so far..."you are by far the fastest shifter I have ever seen" For whatever that is worth.

So I'll assume that no answer to the high-feed oil line being the same in the red/black as "duh, of course they are." (unless I missed the answer, haha) So are there anymore fp-black turbos not spoken for from Buschur? I might know someone that is looking.

quick question. for everyone buying these reds and green turbo's and now soon to be black.. with this turbo being a non ball bearing turbo dont u think that these turbo's even tho make great power will go bad compared to a ball bearing turbo.. i would think these turbo's would be great for running low boost but create alot of wear under high boost conditions after a long period of time...can anyone chime in on this...

Personally i dont think its that much of a pain to unbolt it and send it back to fp for a rebuild. or upgrade to another turbo who cares as it stands most evo owners spend around 5k on turbo options anyways
