aftermarket intake manifold?
If you do decide to go with an aftermarket unit you really can't beat the Magnus cast intake manifold, check out this thread for review after review of significant gains.

I hadn't seen that comparison and I'm not very familiar with your product sir, very interesting. I assume you make a larger plenum version for higher horsepower cars as well? I have always thought that the ported stocker was best under 6-700whp and a big plenum manifold like the magnus would shine above that power level, but perhaps you have come up with something that shines in between those two...
For your powerlevel the ported stocker should do just fine honestly. But your best bet is to talk to both companies that you are considering. Give Jim @JM Fab a call and tell him about what you are looking to make out of the car. He's a really nice guy and will help you out. Call up DI too and do the same thing. I went with JM fab because I heard you don't lose anything on the bottom end, you just make power. I wish I would of tested that back to back but I went with a much bigger turbo so I couldn't do a comparison. Some IMs will give you power up top but will take some down below.
