Some Clutch issues?

Okay, so i recently got an Exedy Twin Disk HD put in. I'm only about 350 miles into the clutch. So everything was good until this "cricket like noise" appeared at idle.... It is starting to annoy me and it only goes away when i start driving.. I search around and found that other had the same problem, but no one found a true answer. Just wondering if it's normal break in sound or something.

Another sound that pops up is when I down shift I can here the clutch grab when I let of the clutch peddle because it makes a wierd squeek like rubbing noise.. Is this normal to or not? Thanks for the help guys!

When you push in the clutch does the noise go away? If so, you may have a bad throwout bearing....
