got a few questions about making power

alright.. seached around a little bit..

1-stock injectors are maxed out at....(can a stock turbo max them out)

2-best cams for stock turbo street driver

3-best non twin disk clutch for a daily/autox car. never gets lauched (exedy stage 1hd?)

4- what a good boost/power level to be at for pump gas no w/m.
thanks again

1. that totally depends on your tune and boost level, i would say no unless your running over 24psi onpump

2. Kelford 272 all day, widest powerband you will get out of any cams for a IX

3. ACT Xtreme pressure plate with 6 puck and maybe a streelite flywheel

4. We have had PLENTY of IX's around 24-25 psi on straight 93 hit around 340-365 on our dyno

that is a basic strong street car with plenty of daily driveability..

Let me know if i can help you get anything or make sure you get down the right path

Justin

thanks again Let your tuner figure that out

I agree. My previous clutch was a 6 puck and it was not that fun. It actually chattered a lot and then got worse, but when I pulled it out after 6000 miles the material around the edges where broken off.

For something that's full faced I would have to refer you to the CCI stage 3 clutch. It is a segmented kevlar on a full face disk. I am currently running that on my car and put about 500 miles so far. Smooth engagement and stock like pedal feel is what its like. Also there are great reviews else where. During the first productions they did have issues with the pressure plate clips, but that has been fixed and warrantied.

thus far ive taken quick starts at autox like 2times. like 4k slipper. im sure thats bad but i dont see a reason why i cant get 20k out of it. but for the same price i can get an exedy stage 1 hd.. is that a good mod on my part. im sure the driveability is nothing like the 9 billion pound clutch pedal in there now.anyone know what a stock clutch goes for at the dealer i guess? thanks again for not saying search over and over and actually giving me input
