try pulling off the underhood bushings and slather those bad boys up with anti-seize. Make those c-clips you slide onto those bushings clear the linkage. Those c-clips should rotate freely.

...... Already solved. 29$ shipped is a steal even with some fabrication needed to be done. Congrats on fixing the problem again .

Great to see the issue was solved already, but from what ur saying up above, it seems like u have put back the spring arms wrong, it happened to me when I installed my B&M where I placed the arms in a X pattern.
