Max Boost AMS GT35r?

Whats the max boost the AMS 35r kit can handle? (and within it's effiency range ie where it starts to blow hot air)

I'd say a good 32-35 psi. Seems to be where evos make around 500-600whp, maybe a little more.

I say about 38psi... 32-35psi is still good...

It depends on whats all done to your car. For a well modded setup with minimal headwork, 38psi is nearing the limit.

I think most race fuel tunes with 35r's go up to about 2.6 bar or so.. around 40 psi. I've run 42 psi at the track but can't say how much faster it was than say 38 or 40 psi. It's gonna depend probably on your setup in terms of fuel, cams, etc.
