Balance shaft delete and low load knock?

Ok I have been breaking in my new engine. I have noticed that my Cel. Flash will at times flash indicating a low knock count..generally around 3k-4k sometimes a little lower. This usually happens in 3rd and 4th. This does not happen under boost it is med. acceleration like leaveing a light, load is usually 60%-90%. I am wondering if the extra vibration from removing that Bal shaft will trip a false knock in this area? The car does vibrate a little more in this general area.

yep is from the balance shaft that youre having a ghost knock, just raise a lil the value on the voltage for the knock sensor and you will fix the problem
