please help!

just installed dejon intake had a few problems getting it to fit, kepy sliding paritally off turbo, i have been having a intake sound flutter sound periodically and can hear it at wot full boost, and at lower rpm's in higher gears under load it hesitates and sputters, then i let off gas ease back into it and is usually ok but it sputters frequently until it reaches higher rpm's or i let off then ease back into it

yeah the dejon has the couplet then a small diameter that fits snug outside of turbo lip then the intake coupler goes over that, i have it tight now it has not seemed to move. it is not totally against the turbo housing probably 1/4 inch off but i have it tightened down pretty good and it has not seemed to move i reset the ecu aka pulled neg bat cable and checked all hoses today, have not drove it yet today so hoping for the best, just really irratating im having these issues with it

your tune im sure is fine.... Its called on throttle compressor surge, this would be the negative effect of cramming huge wheels into the stock housing.

If you are in say 5th on the highway with enough rpm to get it to spool and you mash it it probly flutters and makes all kinds of noise. There is not much you can do about it other then changing the turbo or drive around it....basically avoiding these high load low rpm circumstances. The larger compressor housing could help as well. I would def try to avoid making the car do it tho as this is putting an extreme thrust load on the turbo and will shorten its life exponentially

SIDE NOTE: people hate on laggy T3 cars because you have to downshift to pass on the highway, I find humor in the fact some of these stock appearing turbo cars do as well, but only because of surge hahahaha.
