Do these pipes work with the stock air box in place?

No - most IC pipes won't work with the stock intake. In fact some of them don't work with the stock battery. The RMR one does, though, as you can see.

Around $700 - probably varies by vendor. I've had it for a while now - no complaints.

A reason to use the Ralliart or HKS if you don't want a cone filter or somethink akin to one.

i had the RMR, but ended up selling it, and will most likely wait to get my new IC and then upgrade the plumbing all at once...
