Depends on who built it? I know I'm leaning toward an eventual 2.4L 4G64 and would expect to push in the ranges you listed without issue.

1 million PSI..... ok ok in reality allot is in the tune. With good parts under 40 psi should be safe. Then again i don't know much about 4G64's

I know its also about the tune but around what psi will it not matter how good the tune is and the setup will just not handle the pressure. I dont plan to push it to the max just want to know where ill be safe. BLKcarbon any info to back that up, other than opinion?

Its not an opionion... It's a fact. Hbeams should never be over 550hp. They are not near as strong as Ibeams. You can do what you want but a 6262 will make a lot more that 550. That turbo can make 700-800 on well setup cars.

Well the Carrillo H beams, Manley H beams and others are rated to 1000+hp. But again this is on a 4G63 motor, not sure if the rod length on a 4G64 would be significantly longer, therefor making the rod weaker......although i could be talking out my *** here so someone feel free to correct me.

^ the 4G64 does have a better rod stroke ratio because it has a 6mm higher deck than the 4G63. Call and talk to Mike at SlowBoyRacing. He will tell you they don't recommend the Manley H beams over 600. Thats why they sell the manley I beams (turbo tuff) for anything over 600 in their own stage III 4G64s. You don't have to listen to me. Hell if you want 800hp on your Hbeam then do it

I don't know any hbeams that are rated anywhere near 1000....

I bought the setup from slowboy minus the 6262, with 600hp goal in mind. Marti suggested the Mahle rods over the eagle rods that are rated for 600hp...idk?

^Marti is a great guy. Call him and ask him what the Mahle H-Beams are rated at. I'm pretty sure the Mahle rods are new and there are not a lot of testing out on them I don't think. I'm sure they are better than Eagle because anything is better than eagle but it is still a H-Beam. I-Beams are where its at. Regardless I don't think you will be able to make out that turbo on your setup. If I'm wrong I apologize but I would be talking with Marti since he built the motor for you.
