is this a reliable setup ??

I drive a 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX RS and i want to build my evo up for a daily driver, so far what i have on the car is ....

Invidia DP nd TP
Greddy TiC Catback Exhaust
Hallman MBC
Wallbro 255lph Fuel Pump
HKS Intake Suction Kit
ACT HDSS Clutch Kit w/ ProLite Steel Flywheel

....... i was looking around to see what i shud do to my car next because i got so used to the speed and i am looking for something that will be reliable and daily driven street car. the project i have instore is the following .... (keep in mind that im keeping the block stock)

Bushwacker Transmission Upgrade
Evo Green Turbo Upgrade
BR Evolution Custom Dual Valve Spring and Retainer Set
Cosworth 272 Cams
TiAL 50mm BOV
TiAL 38mm Wastegate
BR Stainless Steel Fabricated O2 Housing
680cc Injectors
ARP Headstuds
Street Core FMIC
Upper nd Lower IC Piping
Mini Battery Kit
BR Rear Diff Support nd Steel Bushings
BR Rear Strut Tower Bar
BR Motor Mounts (pair)

- I am not sure what clutch setup to do ?? i want something comfortable because i live in the tristate.

- I have about 50k on the motor but 20k of it has been grandma driven and hasnt been abused, can i keep the block stock wit the mods ?

- What power (hp/tq) can i pull out of the car safely after its built ??

i would not use a tial waste gate on that green ,
u need to add a ported exhaust manifold to the list
are u on stock ecu ?? go with a aps blow off

I agree with not using tial wg. The Tial is a great wastegate but its really better for bigger turbo and vehicles using speed density. Not to say it wont work for your setup but just not necessary. Go with the synapse engineering bov.

Ported exhaust mani is definitly a good idea.

I would also go with kelford 272 cams or gsc over the cosworth.

I would suggest precision 880cc injectors if you plan on staying with gasoline. If you want to go e85 precision 1200cc. If money isnt a issue and you want to remove resistor pack go with the Injector dynamics ID1000's. Great driveability and will be a long time before you can run them out.

so if i ran the setup wit the suggestions put in from others (different WG, 880cc Inj, Kelford cams) my block can remain stock to make 450whp reliably ??

I think you got confused between a Tial WG and A Tial BOV

OP
If you are gonna go EWG on a stock frame turbo you gonna have to make a custom set-up or buy something Like what MAP offers. Like This

http://www.maperformance.com/map-sta...s-mvs-evo.html

I agree I would not VTA a BOV Like the Tial on a stock MAF car. Drivability usually goes down the crapper. My IX DV hold 30psi on a boost leak test so no reason for me to switch it out yet.
