This is the first time to hear of Norris Designs. Do they have 92-94mm cranks and how is their quality?

K1's are readily available, most places are $1350-$1500.

That being said, English Racing has made 1000whp+ on a forged eagle crank.

yea they have a 94 mm crankshaft. They're a UK based company and they make a bunch of products for Evos, some interesting stuff (Twincharge setups, cranks, Dry Sumps) They have a part in the Team Formula Racing time attack evo that I stumbled upon when doing engine research to see what high level circuit evos were running. Not a big name so I cant give any real feedback as to the quality of their products (since i dont have any) but their 97mm crank its the closest thing I could find to a 96mm crank.

Does anyone know if there is a rod that has an oil port in center to allow some oil to flow from crank bearings to wrist pins?

That is simply not needed. The pin is oiled via the oil ring scraping oil off the cylinder walls.
