can i install my o2 dump without getting another tune for a while?

hey guys i recently bought a MAP o2 eliminator downpipe to replace my megan o2 housing and downpipe. i have an fp red at like 26 psi and a tune. i was just wondering if i will be ok or if the car will have boost creep. funds are a little low right now so i need to wait for the tune when i get my intercooler and grimmspeed boost control solenid. what do you all think?

I'd stay off it. Mods on each car react differently as far as a/f and temps go. Wait for the tune.

From what I heard you can do you the exhust side(ported manifold and o2) with out a retune. It's when you do a ported intake manifold and TB is when you need a retune. The intake side is where you are forcing more air in the motor and you need to and more fuel so you don't go lean. The exhust side your just letting the exhust gases out quicker.

I did both of these to my car and it runs fine. Pick up a few more pony's by doing this. But it is always good to get a retune on anything you put on your car. But you don't have to really for the exhust side.
