New revised QuarterMaster clutch months away!
There brand new disks. I did not have time to do the mod. But this is way premature. Original clutch lasted 5500 miles with 40 passes. Then it slipped. I bought everything new and the flywheel was cleaned up. Now its slipping with 3 passes and 1500 miles. 1200 of them was a drive to Ohio and back so I wouldn't even call it 1500 miles. No I did not take the car apart yet. I don't even know what I'm going to do. I'm extremely disappointed right now.
sorry can't help myself...................GIANTS COLORS! I wonder how much weight they took off the cover?
Was that to keep the assembly similar in weight because of added weight in the hub area of the discs?
Interested to hear about results from testers as i assume preliminary data was taken into account before releasing this......
I had the new one in my car for about a month, i tested it out and the clutch was awesome. I had 50 passes on it and it still was holding like a beast. Its a lot less quieter, but still holds all the power you want along with the shifiting is perfect
I recently put the same one in about 2 weeks ago. Awesome clutch and anyone who gets it is going to be happy
Thanks to QM!!
