I need a new battery no doubt , I just dont know why when I charge up the battery the trickle charger read 100% full and the volmeter read 13 volts if the battery were to be fried wouldn't it read like 3 or 5 volts instead of 12-13 ?. I took it to pepboys and they checked it and said the battery was fine.

Yes, that means the battery is fine if it is holding charge and you test it and it reads 12-14. Do what I suggested with the starter, see what that tells you. The clicking noise is one classic sign of a starter on its way out.

Thanks dude, I will do that for sure, anyways I'm getting a new battery so I have no doubts. If the new battery doesn't solve the problem I will check the starter like you said my friend.

Batteries can easily read the correct voltage and still be bad. The only way to really test a sealed battery is to load test it. A voltmeter doesn't do that and neither do most battery chargers.

Pep Boys should have performed a load test on the battery though and if they said it was fine then I'd say there's a 95% chance it is. There's a 5% chance they don't know how to test a battery correctly.

When a load simulating a car trying to start is place on a bad battery the voltage can drop dramatically. It might start off at 13-14 or whatever but drop to levels that won't operate the starter once it's loaded. No matter how low the battery gets if you test to see if current is going to the starter when you attempt to crank it you will get a reading. That is also not any kind of battery condition test.

I have no doubt is the battery that's fried up . 2 days ago I charged up the battery and started my car . As soonest the car started I grabed the volmeter and measured the power coming from th alternator and it read 14.1 volts but when I measured the volts on the positve terminal it said 11 volts rapidly was dropping to 10- 9- 8 volts untill the car shut off but that was because the fuse on the postive terminal was fried.

Just because a battery charger says it's full doesn't mean anything. There may be enough voltage but if there is a settled plate inside the battery when you go to start the car it won't be able to pull enough amperage out of the battery. Hope that helps explain a little bit more.

Hook a batt charger/jumper up to the battery and see if you can start the car. A jump would work too. If it starts up then the batt is the cluprit, if not, narrow down the fuse/starter issues. I am still leaning towards the latter. Do you turn the headlights on, do they last long? bright?

If it's making a click sound I would check the continuity between the battery harness and the power wire to the starter. That's a likely culprit.

Take the alternator out and physically check the alternator. I had a similar problem and after changing the battery twice I found the alternator housing bolts (holding the alternator together) had come loose.
