if you want to start it from a roll you need to put it in 3rd or 4th gear.... then it should turn over easier.

Yes there is a way to check the starter, but you need it out of the car. Take one of your batteries, hook a set jumper cables to it, and the other end to the starter(negative to the starter housing, positive to the lead where the positive cable bolts to it).

Most likely is the starter i will do what you told me yo see if it helps

mini batteries imo are garbage for daily driving, esp in winter. try a miata battery, almost as small with none of the b/s problems. glad to see you fixed it though! i remember when i had my dsm, i used to get sooooo upset at that thing when it broke, but once i fixed it and heard that exhaust note, put it in gear and spooled that turbo, i couldnt help but smile and love it. we always had a hate/love relationship. i hated that i loved it so much lol

Did you charge that odyssey battery? I know the Braille battery we used for my former boss's drift car came uncharged. The Odyssey ones may need to be charged prior to use, not sure though as I have no experience with them.

It was discharge when I bought it from batteries plus shop. I took it back and the manager said that was weird they ran a test and it was dead had volts and wasnt showing any amps at all .Manager told me don't worry I'll bring it back to life and he replaced it with a new one.

As far as the click it may be the starter binding.. Roll it in gear a little to move the flywheel.. Check starter to make sure it has good connection.. Its probably not that, your overlooking something battery / fuse related if its clicking.. Id say new battery honestly..
