WHere can i get the cheapest Exedy triple disc clutch??
ok so my tranny is being pulled to be sent to john shep for a rebuild so i decided ill swap my exedy twin for a triple because i plan on alot more power. I want somewhere around the high 600's so the twin wont do . Does anyone have any other suggestions for me?? anyway if anyone can give me a cheapest place to get one that would be awesome. thanks
It is true, you can buy an upgrade kit to convert the twin to a triple.
OP this might be a smart route to go, especially if your power isn't at 600 yet. Use it as a twin until you beef the setup up to your max level, then swap it out and mod it to a triple. Driving around on a triple without the power to justify it would be a bear, and a good cost, since the triple discs will be expensive to replace. No sense in burning it up when it is not really needed.

I say Pm a few and see what you get back, I've had nothing but good things to say from Map Performance so far and Kasey has been more then fair on his pricing with anything I've ordered through him. A+++ would buy again

To give you an idea of how much they cost to rebuild, I just spent $1200 rebuilding mine last time (3 frictions plates, 2 floater plates, a center hub (they just changed their design), and a pressure plate. Without the hub it would be more like $1000. Having said that, this clutch has been an awesome clutch for driving around town considering what it can hold. It will last at least 30K, assuming you don't race every weekend.
