I've done the conversion a bit over a year ago and it has worked well. My twin slipped on race fuel once, so I upgraded it to a triple and all has been well. However, you have to remember, you will be re-using your old twin flywheel and clutch cover.
My triple in the last few months has gotten a bit grabby and squeaky when cold, and I do wonder how the clutch might have performed had I started with a brand new flywheel and cover (whole new clutch).
So anyway, just a reminder that the condition of your twin will effect the triple, since you are re-using the flyweel and cover (pressure plate).

Just got mine as well from chris at nolimitmotorsports. All it consists of is three new unsprung clutch discs and two new floater plates. I was surprised to see that the disks were unsprung as I recall that the two in the twin were sprung, also on the twin on the single floater plate there are springs that's help keep in in place between the flywheel and the pressure plate, I didn't see anything like that on the two new floater plates. Do these differences mean that the tripple is slightly more noisey and agressive than the twin?
Also have a new shep transmission comming with their ultimate ratios and the full isf treatment, should shift like butter!
